Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Legalisty by ACI website, public pages, client portal, ticket system and services offered through our platform.

Snapshot

Last updated April 12, 2026.

These terms are drafted to match the current Legalisty operating model: public website on Legalisty, service checkout and support workflows inside the app portal.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website or the Legalisty client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer and any service-specific conditions presented during checkout or onboarding.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Legalisty by ACI is accurate, current and complete. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted under your account.

  • Do not share portal credentials with unauthorized users.
  • Do not use the website or portal for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Do not upload malicious files, false information or material you do not have rights to provide.

3. Nature of services

Legalisty by ACI offers business formation support, compliance services, tax ID and filing support, website services, digital marketing support and related business services. Service scope depends on the package purchased, submitted information and third-party or government requirements outside our control.

4. No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee a specific government filing result, approval timeline, advertising result, search ranking, lead volume, revenue outcome or business success. Results depend on client cooperation, third parties, regulations, platforms and market conditions.

5. Payments and ordering

Pricing is presented on service pages, invoices, subscription terms or related order documents. By placing an order, you authorize payment for the selected service. Government fees, third-party costs and expedited charges may be separate unless clearly included.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely responses, required documents and lawful instructions. Delays, errors or omissions in client-provided information may affect delivery speed, filing accuracy or campaign readiness.

7. Support and communications

Support is provided through the Legalisty client portal and related business communication channels. Ticket use may require registration and authentication. We may rely on the most recent written instructions submitted through the portal or official communication channels.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the website design, content structure, branding, marketing materials, software components and platform presentation remain the property of Legalisty by ACI or its licensors. Limited client-use rights may apply to purchased deliverables where specifically stated.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate website access, portal access or service activity if we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, created risk to the platform or failed to cooperate with required service steps.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services and website access are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted access or guaranteed results. Legalisty by ACI is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use, third-party delays, government decisions or business outcomes.

11. Governing law

These terms shall be interpreted under the laws applicable to Legalisty by ACI's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may modify these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless another effective date is stated.
