Because Legalisty sells filing, digital and platform-based services, refund treatment depends on whether work has started, third-party costs were incurred and whether the service is recurring.
This policy explains when refunds may be available, which charges are normally non-refundable and how recurring service cancellations are handled at Legalisty by ACI.
Because Legalisty sells filing, digital and platform-based services, refund treatment depends on whether work has started, third-party costs were incurred and whether the service is recurring.
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the work already performed, whether third-party costs were incurred and whether Legalisty by ACI has already begun preparation, filing, setup, strategy or delivery activity.
Once formation paperwork, BOI preparation, ITIN work, annual report handling or related compliance processing has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable. If a filing has already been submitted or a third-party charge has been incurred, those amounts are not refundable.
Website strategy, design preparation, setup work, account configuration, campaign research, ad account structure, tracking implementation and launch preparation are billable work. Refunds are generally not available once these delivery stages begin.
Recurring plans may usually be cancelled for future billing periods, but charges already processed for the active cycle are normally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Legalisty by ACI in writing.
We may consider a partial goodwill refund or service credit in limited cases, but we are not required to do so. Any exception depends on the facts of the order, project stage, expenses already incurred and platform activity already completed.
Refund-related questions should be submitted through the client portal support ticket system so the request is attached to the correct account and service record.
